Lagniappe Access Services adheres to the Code of Professional Conduct under the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.

Cancellations
​
All cancellations received with less than two full business days’ notice will be billed at the quoted rate. Assignments booked for more than two days in length will be billed for only the first two days. “No shows” are billed without exception. Any semester-long college course will be billed for the subsequent two weeks’ worth of class periods following the class that is cancelled.

Inclement Weather
​
The policy of Lagniappe Access Services mandates that interpreters arrive at all assignments regardless of weather conditions. If your business chooses to close due to inclement weather, you will be charged for interpreting services unless you cancel 48 hours before the date of the assignment.

Payment
​
Net payment is due 30 days from invoice date. A late fee of 4% will be assessed for every 15 days late. You will be responsible for any returned check fees incurred by Lagniappe Access Services. All payments should be made payable to Lagniappe Access Solutions LLC.
Privacy Policy
Lagniappe Access Services respects your privacy and does not use any cookies or trackers. The only data we collect is what you voluntarily provide in our forms. Your information, including your mobile information, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. LAS keep this data safe and only use it for the specific purpose you intended. LAS will never sell your data and we will not share your data with anyone, except for the necessary parties who are involved in delivering the services you request.
