LAS is committed to delivering high-quality educational opportunities to a wide range of stakeholders, including the general public, local and state governments, hospital systems, and educational districts. Our onsite or virtual trainings aim to equip individuals and organizations with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for enhancing their effectiveness and contributing to community advancement. We are able to train on a wide variety of topics in a half day/full day time frame.

Utilizing Interpreting Services
Do you work in law enforcement, medical, legal or mental health settings? Learning how to work with a spoken or sign language interpreter will provide greater insight on how to best communicate with individuals who do not share the same language as you.

K-12 Settings
We are thrilled to offer specialized workshops/trainings for your school district's
in-service day, tailored specifically to meet the needs school personnel and of your educational interpreters. With a 45-day notice, we can ensure thorough preparation and apply for Professional Development CEUs to enhance the experience. We look forward to collaborating with you to provide valuable training and support.
Corporate Training
LAS is prepared to educate your staff about the diverse aspects of Deaf Culture and Community. Participants will acquire essential "survival signs" to facilitate effective communication in the workplace. With a 60-day notice, we can ensure thorough preparation and apply for Professional Development CEUs to enhance the experience.
